SGC Glass supplies and installs glazing for new build apartments in Hadleigh, Essex

The installation included:

• 6 uPVC French doors to bedrooms
• 6 uPVC French casement windows to bedrooms
• 4 uPVC casement windows with satin glass to bathrooms
• 4 uPVC restricted-opening casement windows with satin glass to kitchens
• 1 aluminium commercial-grade entrance door with side panels
• 2 uPVC shaped windows to communal areas
• 4 uPVC sliding patio doors
• 2 uPVC French doors with overhead shaped windows
• 4 Juliet glass balustrades to the rear
• 4 glass balustrades to the front

All uPVC products were specified using the Rehau Total 70 System in anthracite smooth grey, featuring 180mm cills, trickle vents, PAS24 security compliance, 6.8mm laminated glass on all doors, and satin chrome handles.

The client expressed high satisfaction with the quality of both the products and workmanship, noting that the glass balconies exceeded expectations and the windows and doors met all requirements.
